Dr. P Meganathan PhD is the Founder MD of TAPAMS Group, a reputed CEO Coach, Turn-Around and Lean Expert.
A mechanical engineer with Master of Labour Management coupled with MBA in Finance & Systems and Doctorate in Turn-Around Management.
Has 35 years of experience including 25 years at CEO Level in various Automotive and other Manufacturing & Service Industries.
Certified Management Consultant by Toyota Management Institute, Japan
Served in senior and top management positions in reputed organisations like DCM Engineering Ltd, Thai Summit Neel Auto Pvt Ltd, Minda Industries Ltd, Banco Products India Ltd, Standard Radiators Ltd, Fenner India Ltd and Aggarwal Rubber Pvt Ltd
